4. When is the photoshoot confirmed?

Your session is confirmed once the payment is done and we’ve mutually agreed on date & time. You’ll receive an email with confirmation and full shoot details once deposit is done.

• Portrait / Blue Dome Private Photo Shoot: 1 hour or 2 hours

• Sunset Wedding Photography: 2, 3, or 4 hours

• All-in-One Package: up to 6 hours including multiple locations, styling, etc.

6. How long until I receive edited photos?

You’ll receive basic edited JPGs via online gallery within 4 weeks after your shoot. For packages with fine-edited or high-resolution edits, these may take a bit longer, depending on the editing load.

7. Can I change outfits during the shoot?

Yes, changing outfits is allowed. For longer shoots, dressing area options in Oia are available. Bring what you feel confident in—stylish, comfortable clothes that match your shoot theme (Engagement, Honeymoon, Portrait etc.).

8. What happens if weather is bad?

If the weather is unsuitable (heavy rain, storms, unsafe conditions), we’ll offer to reschedule to the next available date. If rescheduling isn’t possible, deposit terms will be discussed case by case.

9. I’ve never done a professional photo shoot before – is that okay?

Absolutely! We guide you through every pose, help with natural expressions, and ensure you're relaxed in front of the camera. Our goal is Portraits, Engagements, Honeymoons, and Proposals that look real and beautiful.

10. What languages do you offer?

We speak fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin). Communication before and during your shoot is smooth so you can feel completely comfortable.

We’ll send a preparation guide: what to wear (colors, fabrics), what to bring (heels + flats, accessories), best times (golden hour), weather tips, and how to get to meeting points. Just show up ready to feel amazing!
